I bought these to snack on while hiking or at work, and I think they're very good. They're tasty, they hold together while you're eating them, and they're filling without being too much.

I love all of Kate's bars, they are all natural and very tasty. I have spoken with Kate at local races and she is very nice also.

We eat these as a little pick me up or as a sweet treat after a meal. Cures the sweet tooth & is more healthy than other options. Would highly recommend giving them a go.
