Returning products to The Clymb is easy! Just follow these steps:
READ BEFORE YOU RETURN
The Clymb accepts returns on most products in exchange for Clymb credit. If you received an incorrect or damaged item or have any questions about the returns process, please contact Member Support immediately.
The Clymb gladly accepts returns for merchandise credit under the following conditions:
- Product is unused and in its original condition
- Product includes the original packaging and tags
- Product is returned to The Clymb within 30 days from the date you received it*
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. These are generally items that for health or safety reasons, we are unable to take back. Final Sale items also may include select items that have been priced for final clearance and are not returnable.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on items such as skis, snowboards, bicycles, swimwear, water bottles, perishable food items, load bearing climbing equipment, and helmets. All items ineligible for return are listed as such on the product details page. If you're not sure, please contact Member Support.
If you receive your merchandise and it's defective, or if we happen to have sent you the wrong item or size, contact Member Support and we'll get you taken care of immediately.
For this holiday season, we are extending a grace period for your convenience. Returns on items purchased now through the end of December will be considered until January 31st.
SUBMIT YOUR RETURN
- Click My Orders in the account menu at the top right of any page.
- Choose the corresponding order number and click on the "details" button directly below that number.
- Click "INITIATE A RETURN."
- From there, follow the directions to complete your return submission.
CHECK YOUR EMAIL
Once your return submission is approved, a prepaid return label along with instructions on how to use it will be sent to the email address associated with your order number. If you don't receive this email within 48 hours, check your junk mail.
*If your return is time sensitive, you can't locate our email or are unable to issue a return online for any reason, please contact Member Support and we'll get you taken care of immediately.
PREPARE YOUR PRODUCT FOR RETURN
Products returned without their original, undamaged packaging will not be accepted. For example, if you are returning a pair of shoes, don't duct tape the return label directly to the shoe manufacturer's packaging. Stick the shoes in the undamaged manufacturer's box then find another box to ship it all back to us in.
RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
Follow the instructions in your confirmation email. $6.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping.
RECEIVE YOUR CREDIT
You will receive a notification email as soon as your return is processed and we have deposited the appropriate Clymb credit into your account. This will take 1-5 business days after we receive your return.
