Job Summary:

The Clymb is seeking a warehouse manager for a fulfillment center located in the Louisville, Kentucky area.  This role is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse operations and management of internal & external warehouse staff.  This role will create and execute warehouse action plans according to operations best practices to ensure efficiencies and streamlining of processes. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise internal warehouse staff and manage relationships with other warehouse staff.

Adventure Travel Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Draft compelling trip descriptions and proofread, fact-check, and edit as needed.
  • Ensure image content and image gathering is completed accurately and efficiently and that it aligns with the brand.
  • Coordinate with copywriter for content needs and analysis.
  • Accurately load product and event information into data files and prep for deployment.
  • Work with the marketing department to communicate the needs and ensure the accuracy of email marketing campaigns related to the product.

The Clymb is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Acquisition Marketing Manager.  This role will be responsible for the day-to-day success of Paid Search, SEO, affiliate marketing, display, and other acquisition marketing tactics. Reporting to the Marketing team but partnering with the Analytics team, this role will provide The Clymb with the necessary decisions to double member volumes with quality shoppers. As part of this, you’ll need to use and provide recommendations to improve The Clymb’s business intelligence systems. Responsibilities:

  • Lead paid search strategy.  The ideal candidate can manage Clymb branded paid search on his/her own, and manage an agency to make unbranded terms work profitably.
  • Develop specific SEO recommendations and be able to assess prioritization and measure the impact of the recommendations.
  • Participate in the marketing strategic decision-making process by providing guidance, support and analytics.  Provide regular reports to inform business decisions.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's eCRM tools and data to make more qualified member acquisitions.
  • Leverage assets in The Clymb’s 2+ million-member database in order to create paid acquisition campaigns on Facebook and other social sources.
  • Manage remarketing providers to convert browsers into shoppers.
  • Design and run tests to assess the incremental impact of paid media tactics.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or above in Business, a social science, mathematics, statistics, operations research, or related field of study or equivalent experience

Job Summary:

The Clymb is seeking an Office and Facilities Manager who will work collaboratively with all departments to oversee, maintain, and ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of The Clymb’s corporate office.  The ideal candidate will ensure that employees work in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment allowing them to focus on their core tasks, thereby boosting their efficiency to higher levels. We are looking for a team player with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following primary duties:

 

Responsibilities:

  • General organization of office. Order/organize all office-related supplies.
  • Kitchen/coffee management. Keep office and kitchen spaces neat and organized. Stock office common areas, conference rooms and kitchens.
  • Develop, maintain and document systems and protocols regarding all office operations.
  • Greet and direct visitors.
  • Collect and distribute mail.
  • Work with the Employee Experience and Executive Team to oversee selection, purchase, and installation of office furnishings, lighting, flooring, fixtures etc.
  • Manage contracts; solicit, compare, and negotiate vendor quotes; dispose of unneeded office furniture and equipment.
  • Coordinate accounts and equipment related to the office, including copier, alarm, shipping, janitorial, water, trash, floral, etc.  
  • Act as key liaison with building services vendors.  Select and manager cleaning, maintenance, and repair crews. Monitor cleaning crews, ensuring environmentally friendly yet effective cleaning methods.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor/contractor agreements and contact lists.
  • Work with Employee Experience team to coordinate emergency preparedness planning; ensure health and workplace safety protocols are followed.
  • Act as the emergency contact for the Corporate Office. Keep staff informed and be the go-to person for information pertaining to office procedures and protocols.
  • Regularly assess and provide for the maintenance and repair of:
  1. Building
  2. Plumbing
  3. HVAC systems
  4. Electrical systems
  5. Security systems
  6. Signage
  7. Sound and lighting
  8. Kitchen equipment
  9. Office Equipment
  • Assist in the planning and organizing and support of corporate events, such as but not limited to: meetings, retreats, or parties. Research and book event venues; arrange for equipment and services; assist in the research and selection of caterers and other service providers.
  • Prep/set up for meetings: ordering and organizing lunches, snacks and refreshments, coordinate with IT to prep and set up all tech related functions for meetings.
  • Oversee parking options and arrangements for employees, guests, consultants, contractors and investors.
  • Provide backup support to Administrative Team and Employee Experience as necessary.
