Rails Developer
Description
We're looking for experienced Ruby on Rails developer interested in refining their craft and building a highly scalable e-commerce platform.
The technology will be as cool as Github, as innovative as Amazon and built in a productive environment. Most of the day will be spent implementing the roadmap and collaborating on feature development. Time will also be taken to spend outside doing what you like to do, writing blog posts & talks to describe the technology you're building and developing your skills by experimenting with new and emerging technology.

Responsibilities:

Description
The Public Relations Specialist will become a key contributor on our marketing team, assisting in the development and execution of the company’s public relations and communication strategy. You will be responsible for managing all corporate PR initiatives, including company announcements, crisis communications, analyst and media outreach.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain all PR materials and databases (bios, media kits, background information, media lists, etc.) Create content/story ideas for media opportunities, web content, speaking opportunities. Write, edit, proof read, format and distribute press materials including media advisories, press releases, and feature articles. Develop, cultivate and manage relationships with local and national media outlets as well as influential bloggers. Generate high quality media placements in local/regional/national media.
Respond to media requests, arrange interviews with appropriate spokesperson and coordinate message points. Manage, track and report on result of all PR activities to determine company return-on-investment. Support communications initiatives by writing social media optimized press releases and content. The Clymb is seeking an analytics-driven, data-oriented email-marketing manager with a deep understanding of e-commerce email marketing best practices and the creativity to innovate beyond them; an expert on conversion and deliverability that thrives on producing results. The successful candidate will drive a strategy to increase conversion and subscriber engagement through rigorous testing of design, layout and content. This person will analyze metrics and course correct to increase email performance and customer engagement across all delivery channels. This person will be detail-oriented, extremely organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction and able to communicate well across teams and report on performance.
The person in this role will:
Work with our content, development and platform teams to execute daily emails as well as segmented marketing emails to engage Clymb members.
Analyze performance patterns and optimize for email variations, seasonality, relevance, and selection. Drive product improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, buyers, designers, and other campaign managers.

We're looking for an experienced Digital Art Director. The ideal candidate will have proven ecommerce design experience with roots within the ski, snowboard and action sports industries.
- Art direct and design an evolving array of concurrent projects
- Lead creation of daily event-specific graphics sets for website, email and social media
- Lead creative team on long-term, cross-functional initiatives
- Oversee design of site creative, emails, web based ads (flash) and special projects/presentations
- Art direct and produce style guidelines for Web-specific photography
